Louis Roederer Brut collection 244 - 300 cl

Beautiful golden yellow colour, very Champagne-like. Dense, regular effervescence with ultra-fine bubbles. Full, deep bouquet of ripe fruit (vine peach, william pear) combined with citrus fruit (lemon, blood orange). Notes of iodine and smoke, due to autolysis and ageing in wood, add aromatic freshness. Then come notes of chalk and slight reduction, revealing a concentrated, powerful wine. Delicious attack on the palate, with a powerful, mouth-watering texture. Very juicy and concentrated, like biting into ripe fruit. The texture is soft and caressing, enveloping the palate but immediately lightened by the delicate effervescence.
