On the palate, bold red fruits like raspberry, redcurrant, cherry, blackcurrant, cranberry and goji berry give way to sweeter, softer nuances of crushed vine peach and strawberry salad with basil. A finish on slightly bitter citrus, grapefruit and lime zest, enhanced by its fine bubbles.
