Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 presents a soft, warm and sweet bouquet, rich in floral and mineral nuances, evoking wild peach, citron, calisson and mocha. Dom Pérignon 2006 feels full-bodied and tender on the palate, gradually becoming more complex. The finish combines notes of dried fruit, cocoa and toasted hazelnut. Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 from Dom Pérignon expresses a soft, warm character. When wine pairing, seafood such as langoustine or scallops set it off to perfection. Veal and Jerusalem artichoke reveal the wine’s delicate, enveloping character. Herbs such as rosemary and basil and acidic hints of lemon and bergamot display the breadth and structure of this vintage.
